Track How You Feel

We’ve created a tool to help you track what you feel along with when and where you feel it to better understand how they are connected.

You can use it to help you learn mindfulness, to work with a professional as part of many types of therapy, to work with your children to help them understand their own emotional state, or to track the emotional well being of your employees.

Once You Have the Data There is So Much You Can Do With It

Human observation is great for enjoying a sunset, hearing the first birds return in the spring, or delighting in crisp air on a cold winter morning. However observation is not quite as good at remaining objective when trying to remember exactly how we felt or what happened at a specific time. Our current emotions and life circumstances tend to color our perception of the past. That can change when you have the hard data of your day to day emotional state in the palm of your hand. You might discover that you are happier at work than you expected, that spending time with lots of family makes you anxious, or that large crowds provide you with a sense of love.

Once you start tracking how you feel, you’ll get a chance to understand yourself better.
